Brian Peterson, Web site Project Manager
If you have ever dumped a puzzle on a table with thousands of
pieces, you know the feeling.
How
in the world do you figure out where to start? Don’t all
parts of the sky look alike?
MotionMasters
is fortunate to have Brian Peterson in its arsenal as executive
producer to help figure out the best way to handle the really
tough jobs. As the webmaster for the Capitol documentary Web
site, Brian teamed on the Web site project with staff members
Tony Campbell, who handled the design and graphics, and Jeff
Morris, who wrote the content.
Like
an experienced contractor, Brian then took the many bricks he
was supplied from his co-workers and built the Web site from
the ground up. He secured the domain name, put together the
site’s architecture and made sure everything was properly
linked — text, photos, graphics and video clips.
With
more than 30 years of experience in the communications industry,
Brian is accustomed to challenging assignments. He has written,
produced and reported radio and television news and served as
news director at TV stations in several markets.
Brian
wears lots of hats as the executive producer at MotionMasters,
where he has worked since 1991. He has produced several award-winning
video productions. Brian has developed a variety of other Web
sites and CD-ROM and DVD interactive multimedia projects. He
also works with clients to write and produce commercials, informational
programs and documentaries.
A
past president of the West Virginia chapter of the Public Relations
Society of America, Brian earned a master’s degree in
journalism at Marshall University in Huntington.
